Content Policy

• You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher).
• All outputs are AI-generated. No output is a photograph, recording, or record of a real event, and none may be presented as one. Identify content as AI-generated wherever you share it.
• Adult content that is legal and consensual is allowed. The prohibitions in Section 2 are absolute and apply to prompts, uploads, and outputs alike — text, images, and video, in any style (photorealistic, anime, or otherwise).

The following are banned in all cases, with zero tolerance:

• Minors. Any content that depicts, sexualizes, or involves a minor or a minor-looking character — including “aged-up” characters, school or student settings, loli/shota styles, and any attempt to bypass this ban through wording. Suspected child sexual abuse material is reported to NCMEC and/or the relevant law-enforcement authorities.
• Real people without consent. No sexual, intimate, or otherwise non-consensual depiction of a real, identifiable person. Depicting a real person requires that person's explicit consent, which you must hold and be able to show. No content that depicts, promotes, or normalizes non-consensual sexual acts, coercion, or sexual violence.
• Bestiality and incest themes, in any style, fictional or otherwise.
• Extreme violence. No snuff, gore, torture, mutilation, or cruelty presented as sexual content, and no content that glorifies real-world violence.
• Intellectual-property infringement. No use of copyrighted or trademarked characters, brands, or works in inputs or outputs without the necessary rights.
• Illegal or deceptive content. Nothing created for fraud, blackmail, extortion, defamation, harassment, impersonation, or any purpose that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours.

Outside the categories in Section 2, what you create is your decision and your responsibility. You are solely responsible for your prompts, your uploads, and every use you make of the outputs — including compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction on publicity, privacy, defamation, and intellectual property, and with the terms of any platform where you publish. livedreams does not review, endorse, or take a position on lawful adult content created within this policy; the fact that a prompt was accepted is not a legal opinion or a permission.

Some of the models available on the Service are operated by third-party providers who apply their own content rules. A provider may reject a prompt, an upload, or an output for reasons of its own — for example a likeness, a brand, or a theme it does not serve. Such rejections are the provider's decision, are not an error on our side, and are refunded automatically. We do not override them.

Uploading your own photos or videos as references happens on livedreams.net. On livedreams.ai, references come from your library. Results made from uploaded files are shown in the library on livedreams.net.

You may upload photos and videos as references or first frames on livedreams.net. For every upload you must be able to truthfully confirm that:

• you own the media or hold every right needed to use it this way;
• every person depicted is an adult;
• every person depicted has explicitly consented to being depicted and to this specific use, and you can show that consent if asked;
• the upload will not be used to create a sexual, deceptive, or otherwise non-consensual likeness of a real person;
• the upload itself complies with Section 2.

Uploaded reference files are deleted as soon as the generation that used them finishes. Prompt-builder attachments stay for the conversation and are deleted within 24 hours or when you delete the chat. Generated results stay in your library until you delete them.

Some models available on the Service are provided by third-party developers and carry their own usage terms, which you accept by using those models. Several of them (including Flow Classic) require that:

• no minors or minor-looking characters are depicted;
• no real people or celebrity likenesses are depicted;
• no non-consensual intimate imagery is created;
• no copyright or trademark is infringed;
• no illegal or deceptive content is created;
• you obtain and maintain all necessary rights and consents in the inputs you provide and the outputs you use.

These upstream terms apply in addition to — never instead of — this policy, and the providers enforce them themselves (see Section 3). Where an upstream provider updates its terms, the updated terms apply from their effective date.

• Prompt-layer blocking. Prompts are screened before generation, and the model providers apply their own checks during it. Policy-violating runs are rejected; rejected runs are automatically refunded.
• Content removal. We may delete any prompt, upload, or output that violates this policy, from anywhere on the Service, at any time.
• Account action. Violations lead to warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent bans depending on severity. Severe violations (anything involving minors, non-consensual imagery of real people, or illegal use) mean an immediate permanent ban on the first offense. Credits obtained through abuse are forfeited.
• Legal reporting. We report suspected CSAM and other illegal content to the appropriate authorities and preserve related records as required by law.

To report content or a user that violates this policy, email [email protected] with a description and, if applicable, a link or screenshot. We review every report. If you believe your content or account was actioned in error, you may appeal at the same address; a human reviews every appeal.

We may tighten this policy at any time; the current version with its revision date is always on this page. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
